Subject: april financials and info about 2011 budget requests needed
It is once again time to work on the Yellowstone Presbytery budgets for next year. Please submit your 2011 budget requests by July 1st. You may either email to me or send to: Debbie Blackburn, P O Box 526, Gallatin Gateway MT 59730. Remember to submit admin and program requests separately (for those of you involved in both). Also note that it is helpful to the B&F committee when you provide details about why funds are needed and/or why more funds are needed than the prior year. Attached you will find the financial reports as of April 30th. I will forward the May reports when these have been completed by Sheryl Hallin.
Please contact me regarding any questions that you have. I know that some of you have not been through this process previously. I would appreciate confirmation of receipt of this email from those of you who will be submitting budgets. Thanks so much for your work. Debbie Blackburn
